All females know that we do not only sweat through our armpits… I sweat a lot and it usually does not smell bad. However, when I am getting close to my monthly period, my Ph changes and I feel like I smell weird. I do CrossFit 5x a week and I swim for 3 hours 3x a week and that can throw off your Ph balance. All day freshness This stuff works all day for the girly parts. I also use it under my arms as well and itâs better than what Iâve been using. I donât like to but I have to use an antiperspirant from time to time when I know itâs going to be a stressful day.
