right after showering and 1 right before bed pretty consistently. The region down there This product did work wonders for me, although it took a while for my particular case. I’ve been dealing with some undiagnosed issues down there, so there has been years of God knows what was ensuing. I took me apprx 30-60 days of consistent as possible use to feel an appreciable reduction in associated odors (which were abysmal – sorry to be gross), heat, pressure, pain. Very disappointed I didnt even tried it.It came with a label sticker when I peeled it off, the expiration date was revealed. Wow. We r in 2-14-19. It expired on 7-20-18.I don’t believe that’s good. Especially since it goes into a very sensitive part of the body. Very disappointed.

It really works when others don’t!… No burning or sandy quality. Quick results for BV or candida and I tried multiple methods that are always recommended first by gynecologists and GP’s.
