Always Ultimate Overnight is Comparable to a Very Large Panty Liner As soon as I saw these pads, I knew they would provide NEITHER “ultimate” nor “overnight” protection against bladder leaks. The pad has about the same look as a panty liner and it is not all that much thicker. It is huge, but thin. The first time I wore this pad, during the day, it leaked. Overnight is a total misnomer The idea that this pad is good for overnight wear is totally false. The package arrived in a box equivalent to a shoebox. The pads are about the thickness of heavy cardboard and equally absorbent which renders them not absorbent at all. They are equivalent to a large sized panty liner. I am very disappointed in this purchase. Would give it minus star rating if that were possible.
